Being born & raised in Puerto Rico I’ve been looking for an authentic puertorrican restaurant to satisfy my cravings when homesick and it wasn’t until today that found this GEM in Aurora. delicious authentic food with the right sazon. Authentic puertorrican friendly loving service that make feel like home. We ordered the pernil, pastel, arroz con gandules, maduros, arroz y habichuelas, all was fantastic. All the spices on point and the pernil was so juicy wow! This place is a must visit!

This place is very welcoming, also has a homie feeling. The menu has quite a few selections and great choices. We are from south Florida just relocated up these ways for work purposes, have had a hard time finding a place like this even in south Florida. I ordered from here the night before and had to have it again the next day. The food was so amazing, I don’t even think we can find food this good even in south Florida. This family owned restaurant is amazing and made us feel like we were just at home. It reminded my wife of a childhood Puerto Rican thanksgiving. Please come with a patient appetite because the food is made fresh for every order and cooked to perfection. I love this place and recommend not only to travelers but locals as well to get a taste of the authentic Puerto Rican food here. Thank you all for having us we will be back in near future.

It's my fifth time here and the food is unbelievably delicious.. The pork, papa rellena, the salad and fried plantains are always my favorite. The owner, who runs register is very friendly, patient and some of the best customer service I've experienced. Defenetly recommend.

Amazing food, I love the food. Like tasting PR from the love and creativity of the kitchen of a favorite daughter. I was blown away. My friend, the owner, and her daughter helped me with menu choices, and it was all delicious! Delicious food, awesome people in a lovely setting. So worth it!

Excellent food. Good prices. I had the two meat combo with the stewed chicken and roast pork and PR rice. The house dressing for the salad was good as well. So good. Also got the maduros (sweet bananas) to go and those were excellent too.

My wife and I had dinner here. We are both vegetarians and there are 2 vegetarian options and they were both delicious! We also had dessert. A rice pudding and a guava pastry. So good! Highly recommend!

This was my second time eating here and the food was incredible for both visits. I had the two meat dinner (stewed and fried chicken) with Puerto Rican rice. The noise level in the restaurant was the only negative point. The dining room was about half full when we arrived and we could barely hear each other without yelling.
